Thank you for shopping with MakeupBrushCare. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your product.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. MakeupBrushCare is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
